I've been going for about 4 months.Bored of going to the gym and doing the same routines, alone, uninspired and most likely with bad from. I started shopping around to different Crossfits because I knew it would be something I would like just needed the right place.

I've been to 2 other Crossfit gyms in Jersey City (trial classes) and this is the one I choose. I love this place! Wish I would have found this place sooner.

Pros:
-You won't be bored the workouts are mixed
-It's in a great area with ample parking. If you live in JC or Hobo, you know what a nightmare this can be.
-Gym is clean and organized
-Coach Rob is very experienced and has a knack of breaking things down simply. He is serious about you getting stronger and fitter.
-Coach Manuel is also very knowledgeable and helpful (fixing your form and giving great advice).
- All the members are all helpful and encouraging (no snobbery here).

Con:
-The music is well rounded but could use more gangster rap, classic rock and alternative rock.

Notes:
Prior to Crossfit I had very little experience working out and doing different lifts, movements etc. Over the last 4 month I've learned a lot and I keep learning as I go. I truly believe this program is best for anyone in whatever fitness level they are in. Anything can be scaled or modify non the fly.

One of the reasons I join was also to get myself to wake up early. This is one of my goals. Since joining, I get up a 4:55 am on the regs. Love the 5 am crew
