Called beforehand to confirm stock was available as this was "clearance stock".
On the website, there is a warning to say some [items] may be ex-display or ex-repair or missing accessories
It does not say items may have been used for "about 5 months" in the staff office.
Nor did it say they would be covered in desk lint, scratched and despite being reserved hours before, not even given a wipe clean.
No apology despite a 25 minute journey to get to the shop.
The Sales assistants name was Mike. He wears a 'Top Seller' badge.
My worst customer experience of the year so far, in any shop, in any country.
