My name is Alexandre and I am deeply disappointed how I was treated and the difficulties in making a simple reservation at Hotel Caesar Business Belvedere.

I am getting married in February 2017 and I recommended the hotel on my website and several friends from other cities and state to stay at the hotel and I would like to book the best hotel suite to spend the night after my wedding with my wife.

Well, that's where my drama started. More than 1 month ago I contacted the hotel by phone where I was informed that reservations were only made through an email. On the same day I sent the email explaining the situation and requesting the reservation. After 2 weeks without reply, I resent the email, another 1 week has passed and no reply. I sent an email again and after 1 week I received the answer that needed the bride's name to evaluate the quote, I sent the bride's name on the same day, but I still didn't answer, and there goes another week without an answer.

Therefore, due to the extreme difficulties in making a "simple" reservation, I do not recommend anyone to stay in such a place.

I will send a copy of this email to the company coordinating the Caesar Business Belvedere hotel group and I will make a complaint online on websites with my experience of attempting to book.
