I don't think STCP's service deserves a star at all! It is poorly organized, poor schedules, poor bus type arrangements. I see several times in dead hours double-decker buses, or double-decker, when in rush hour usually a bus of only ONE carriage appears! Drivers are rude, there are few access lines to certain places, while others are much more privileged! Usually drivers are rude, and do not drive cautiously and effectively. It is a lack of respect for people using this PUBLIC mode of transport, and it discredits what should be a public transport, which is a right of all citizens!
