You have reckless & distracted drivers. I just had one blow by me in a 20 mph school zone
(Cascade ELEMENTARY in Orem UT) in his little white van. The normal speed limit is 35 mph, he was going well over 40 mph. Would I want someone like that in my home??? NO WAY. I tried to call & complain, but there is "no department" for that, & corporate is unreachable.
