The cruise line is not recommended, Worst experience ever, we have over 40 people coming here with a tour, we booked 10:30 am for the curise. The tour guy is afraid we are going to be few minutes late, so he called ahead of time to see they can wait a few minutes, he talked to the lady and the guy named Ryan. fortunately we arrived 10:29. We ran up to the check-in desk, the lady there told us the cruise left 10 minutes ago. What the @#$%? I thought the cruise line leave at 10:30? We had at least 30 people coming from over sea, they are in a tight schedule, they won't able to go to the 4:30 curise. They are very disappointed. I really think that if we don't call, we are able to get on to the cruise, why would they left before they supposed to be? Dose he(Ryan) don't want to take us? Well, he probably thinking, we are not coming back, who cares!!!!
