Forcing people to lay on the cold cement, not all of us have jobs. Rules on top of rules, if you do not comply your tossed out for two or more hours. Who are they showboating. This place is not catering to the poor obviously. But now we really look depreciative and shady than ever before the wicked up in their tower eating growing fatter staying warm and don't have to get dirty.
