I brought my cat in on short notice for bladder crystals and he didn t have a vet in Austin yet. Dr. Callaway and her staff were incredibly helpful, sensitive, and straightforward. I told them my budget and they showed me, in detail, how they could help within my means, and what my kitty needed in the long run. When I had specific questions they answered without sugar-coating and they did so in detail. I appreciate their candor and bedside manner, and I ll be bringing my boys to see them from here on out.
