Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights. The stay was fine as always - have stayed here a few times already. But where it was exceptionally disappointing was during checkout. The line for checking out was quite long and was in line patiently for 15 minutes. When we finally got to the front of the line, the front desk staff named Cecilia who had just gotten to her station told us that it wasn t our turn, and Cecilia said that a middle-aged white woman was waiting longer even though she only had gotten there but stood beside the line instead of in the line. The other staff member freed up and he apologized for Cecilia s obvious and clear lapse in judgement but no word from Cecilia even though she was right beside us.
