Dirty bed, unchanged sheets, dirty bathroom floor....

Dirty bed, unchanged sheets, dirty bathroom floor. Insulting offer to make it right. No reimbursement. An insulting offer of 8000points then they upped it to 12000 points. The room cost total $250 or appx 50,000 points. They do not take dirty sheets and rooms or their loyal customers seriously. It used to be my favorite lax area Hhonors hotel. I will go to others from now on. Read other reviews, poor housekeeping seems a common concern. Had they offered reimbursement or points to cover a night, I'd feel like they valued my concerns. Let them sleep in dirty unchanged sheets with crumbs in the bed. Not me.
