8 out of 10 times the drivers show up with no info at all about our intended destination, totally useless app for them. Just spent 30 minutes standing on a major intersection corner in 97 degree heat calling a moron driver with zero ability to speak even basic English or read a map. Finally cancelled and rebooked and the new fare was $5 more. When that driver showed up, no data at all a out where I was going. Going back to professional drivers in taxis, Uber lets any idiot in a car work for them and clearly their app is garbage.
