It was great upon arrival and check in despite a small parking lot. The room was great for a first impressi ok n, but it had a dirty toilet, and guest services talked too much for me to explain why I was requesting they send housecleaning again. Housecleaning didn't clean the toilet as I had hoped, so I cleaned it myself, which wouldn't be a problem if the rates weren't so high. The spa was nice, no complaints. Our dinner server was slow at The Barking Frog. A couple was seated after us, and they got through the full dinner before us. Sadly all gratuity goes only to the server, even though the other people who tended to our table were far more prompt. The drawn bath was nice, but they missed the rose petals as advertised as part of the package - minor letdown that hurts when you think about the cost of package you are paying for. Hotel was nice, staff was nice. Vastly overpriced for details they missed througout.
