I was referred by my vet to VRCC for surgery for my dog. I have a wonderful vet clinic in my area, so I assumed this place would be the same. First impressions are important and the office ladies were dreadful. They made me feel stupid for asking questions regarding prices and surgery procedures. I finally had to ask to talk to a vet technician. She was helpful but STILL didn t give me a correct price. By the time I talked to the surgeon, the price had gone from 2,800, to 3,500, then to 3,500 plus 4,000 for surgery. Then I was told that my dog would possibly still need to be on medication after the fact. This place likes to take advantage of pet owners who love their pets. Do not waste your time taking them there. The consultation fee alone was $200 for the surgeon to tell me what my vet had told me all along. Do not go unless you want to be treated as an inconvenience and ripped off. So very disappointed.
