They make a decent steak most of the time. But many customer service practices are designed for THEIR convenience and not to accommodate the customer. Two examples: They won t allow reservations for parts of the restaurant- they will only make a note that you want a particular location. They block access to handicap parking. So enjoy the pricey food but don t expect that they will treat you like a valued patron.
