Wheelchair Accessible friendly helpful staff in both London and Paris. We purchased 10 trip tickets in London for use in Paris, although you can't go on the Metro underground you can use these tickets on the bus. The staff guided us up to the station using a lift where there was a ramp out for the chair going and arriving in Guard du Nord. 5/5 Great service and great food. Worth paying the extra to use the lounge, we used the lounge in Paris which was excellent.
