so I left a review about the oil change situation. you guys respond saying you will honor the lifetime oilchange only if ( I THE CUSTOMER CAN SHOW YOU A CERTIFICATE WITH PROOF THAT I PURCHASED) . you say the information is not transferred over from the old dealer. So explain this to me if you can accept me in the dealership right now and you can see where I purchased a vehicle at this location how is it that you cannot see the detail of the purchase? makes no sense
