I have been a member here for 51/2 years. I took a little break during pregnancy and after I had him. I have such a sense of peace and belonging here.
I could go on and on about the staff that have become my friends. And how I look forward to going.
We have a group of people that motivate eachother.
If you are looking for a something than a traditional gym and gym culture. This is the answer. You don t feel like you are working out.
