We brought our Ram Promaster to Jay Hatfield for repairs after the engine started making a tapping noise. We operate a expedite delivery service and were quite worried that the repairs would take a very long time and be very costly. The service team at Jay Hatfield quickly found a replacement head for the engine at another dealership saving us a lot of time. They said the repairs would take 10 days. We were quite pleased when they called us and had the repairs finished in 9 days. The service department and dealership managers worked with the folks at Ram and were able to get part of the repairs covered by the manufacture even though the van was just out of warranty. We did not buy our van at this dealership but they provided us the same quality of service as if we were long time customers. We also had some suspension work done at the same time. We got the van back on 05/20 and have since put on 13K more miles. It has been a month and the repairs are working as promised. Thank you all for the work you did in such a timely fashion. Also for working with the manufacture to help us cover some of the cost. It means so much to us. We highly recommend Jay Hatfield.
