The billing department at this place has NO COMPAS...

The billing department at this place has NO COMPASSION AT ALL!!! They over charge for services and then, even though you are making payments to them EVERY MONTH to get them paid off, never missing a month, they call and threaten to turn you over to collections if you don't pay 'their approved' monthly payments, or pay them in full. It took nearly 6 months to get the first bill from them for an ER visit and they immediately started with the threatening letters and phone calls. The people in the billing department are NASTY AND UNCARING The doctor I saw in the ER wasn't any better. She was very cold and had NO bedside manner at all.
