Friendly staff and inexpensive but rooms are dated and not the cleanest. Carpets could also use a good cleaning so make sure you wear flip flops! I hated the fact that there weren't many convenient outlets either. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this is not the place. I had to be moved the first night as my room felt like a night club due to a wedding in the event space and live band in their lobby.
