The best service I have had anywhere in years! I went to the Mortimer St shop to purchase various items for my first road bike shoes, cleats, puncture repair kit, lock, helmet, etc. I was served by Haja who took me though each item. She gave me great advice and took me through the options. She was highly knowledgeable in all of the equipment and made me feel at ease as a first time road bike customer. I could have shopped online but with the great service I received at this branch of Evan's, I will be back here every time. It was also refreshing to see the staff working there had a good sense of humour which gave a nice family feel to the shopping experience.
