We booked our room a King Casita with a resort View. Got there and received a 2 twin bedroom they transferred us to a king room with a road view even though we paid for the resort View. Pools were nice but when we went to dinner at the J&G we received our drinks and were ignored for 45 minutes we left went to our room and ordered room service $45 for a meal I wouldn't pay $5 for. Good resort Bad Service.
