This place is so freaking pathetic. I assure you the employees are the ones rating this place a 5 Star. Yes the food is good and the employees are doing their best but they take 30-40+ mins to make subs. I placed my order on the Firehouse app 15 mins before I took my lunch break. The app told me the sub was going to be ready in 11 mins. & I was ok with that. I arrived and waited over 30 mins. The sub took 45 mins to make from the time the order was placed. I noticed every customer was waiting for their subs while they looked at their watches & complained to one another about the long wait. I couldn t enjoy/eat my sub because by the time I got it I had to drive back to work.

A few weeks later I didn t want to return but I did because I figured the last time was a bad day. I ordered with the cashier and while ordering 2 different customers came in to complain their subs were made wrong. I got my sub & decided to eat at work. When I took the first bite I near threw up because my sub was made wrong. I was so mad and I couldn t enjoy my sub again. Talking with my coworkers they laughed & told me they don t go there because they ve had their subs made incorrectly and they take forever to made them.

This review was painful to write but it s the truth. I like Firehouse Subs and I ve eaten in many locations in Jaxs but this one is by far the worst one I ve been to. I highly recommend that the owner replaces the manager or the lead supervisor because they re doing a horrible job managing the restaurant and you re losing business .

I can assure you that I and my coworkers won t spend a penny here.
