Don t recommend anyone staying at this hotel. They don t allow an early check in. We booked for a room with a balcony, but when we checked in they put us in a room on the first floor. Parking is not validated, they charge the guests for parking. There is no room service, I wasn t aware you have to call the front desk for room service until after the stay. I m guessing the resort is dirty because everyone takes their own trash out.
There are no lights in the room, it s like a cave. The tv, coffee maker, and fridge was out dated. The bed is very firm and hurts to sleep on. I drove home to sleep in my own bed. Eli Lopez told us we had to leave the pit because an event was booked where we were. He then went on to tell us we couldn t even eat on our patio.
When we arrived the receptionist told us the pits & pool was open, but Eli Lopez said otherwise. I never left home to sleep in my own bed before. We didn t receive anything we paid for and was the worst experience at a hotel ever.
