The mobile operators in the British high commission have no sense of responsibility to his job. I had to wait and listen to the bell ringing for atleast 3-4 minutes to speak to the operator and when he picked the phone and I gave him my question, he replied rudely that everything's available on the website, go and check. When I told him that I have already checked there and I wasn't able to find answer to my question so he replied harshly that go and check again on the website and ended the call. It was like just 30-50 seconds for the call. The waiting time was even more than the speaking time.
