Since 2013 we have bought 4 cars from Ray Chevy. Last weekend we bought our 4th car and the last 2 cars we bought from Arnold. It was a 2019 Equinox Black Redline Edition. He's great. Very knowledgeable and honest, which is nice that he's someone you can trust. We are not local to the dealership at all it's about a 45-50 minute drive from our home. Yet we buy and 100% service our vehicle's here even just a simple oil change gets done at Ray Chevy....nowhere else...and we only see Luis in the service department. He's great and doesn't sell you repairs you do not need. If a few repairs are needed he'll even tell you what you can wait to spread out the repair bills if you need to do that. Also he gives you a heads up on future repairs so you're not surprised later down the road. Our first Chevy that we bought for our daughters first high school car was not bought at Ray, it was local to us. The car was not even a year old with only 6,000 miles on it and my local dealer said it needed about $800 in "basic maintenance". I called Ray Chevy because we had just bought our second Chevy (1st Chevy from Ray) and Ray Chevy service department doesn't do that to their customers. I was told the maintenance was not needed at all and I was being taken advantage of. Ray Chevy has plenty of business that don't need to make up repairs to get the sales. They suggest maintenance items and repairs that are needed. I will definitely go to Ray for all my Chevy car sales, maintenance and repairs. Nowhere else. Keep up the great work and service Arnold and Luis as well as the rest of the Ray team.
