I drive 3 hours to get to this hospital. Yesterday I left at 0845 and I got home at 2010. And all I got was a CT scan! I was treated like a nuisance instead of a human being. My scan was at 1230. My urology appt. was at 1345. The CT scan took almost 3 hours and they were not that busy. They made me late for my urologist. Made my way to urology in Memorial and the only person there was the receptionist. No patients anywhere. After sitting there for almost TWO HOURS, I left! Then I had to pay $7.50 to park for 5 hours! All I got was a CT scan? $30.00 in gas. What makes a hospital run like that? That is just inexcusable. Are these not professionals? You know if the tables were turned, that Dr. wouldn't want to go there either.
