I was hoping to give a positive review, (that would mean they were able to fix my subi but...) I brought my 99 wagon in( I bought the car from Best Buy, horrible dealership BTW) with intermittent to extreme acceleration issues (beyond a simple tune up) the adviser I talked to (I'm keeping his identity private) said my car had been in their shop for the same problem in 2013 and they weren't able to fix it, however the adviser felt very confident that with new technology they should be able to diagnose and fix the problem so with a glimpse of hope I decided to have a subi pro take another go at it..... After 3 times in the shop and several recommendations from the technician and adviser my car ran exactly the same. These repairs and recommendations cost me around $700+
I'm a humble, hard working guy and that's a lot of money, the last recommendation I was given is that they felt they needed to tear down the motor to diagnose and fix the problem, I'm still stuck with an almost undriveable car and a light wallet, I'm hoping you folks can help, thanks....
