Brilliant hotel. Service was simply amazing. Shout out to their concierge Sujoy who took the time and effort to arrange a city tour for us at short notice. He even asked us what we were interested in, and planned our tour itinerary with the tour guide. Oh, fearing that we might get dehydrated walking around in the kolkata heat, Sujoy went around to look for bottled water to take along.
