They have a lot of work and the administrative system is very long. More than 3 months for all requests. I do not blame the people who work there but the administrative system that does not take into account the workload and prefers to save money by not hiring enough people. France is a first world country but I went to third world countries, and the administrative system is much more advanced. In any case the staff is nice and patient. Thanks to them.
