NO CUSTOMER CARE WHATSOEVER, GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BERTH
Bought a reconditioned iPhone 5s from this company. After just 2 months the battery would only hold its charge for 4hrs and the phone got really hot while charging.
Sent back to them for repair and was returned with exactly the same fault. At this point I asked for a refund as I had no faith in their reconditioned phones. Got a point blank refusal. `They also refused to let me chose a different phone, which I asked to do because I didn't want them to just repair mine again and say they have replaced it.
I now have that "replacement", which looks identical to the one I sent back and I am just wondering how long it will be till it fails again.
