Trust Issues! the actual taxi service was acceptable but there are trust issues around lost property, I left a bag in the taxi accidentally & I know i did as when I phoned Arrow they said yes driver 123 had reported it after our journey & would bring it in next shift, as we live some distance away we were going to get friends to collect it, next time we phoned arrow they said they never had it and nor did the driver! told one thing then another!
