The Cash out Rep was very kind but one of the managers that handles extended warranties was mean and nasty. After I told him I was not interested in trading, he told that he would not offer me an extended warranty unless I could pay $1700 CASH for a 3 yr warranty! So I remained professional, I refuse to give Lindsay anymore of my business, I took my $1700 to another dealer and I bought a 2018 SUV and my warranty is $1700 for 8 yrs with no deductible. Wits will always out smart Nastiness.
