Very unorganized. Brought my child in almost 2 weeks ago for an assessment and referral to the outpatient day program. She was brought in on a Wednesday, and was supposed to start the next Monday. I never recieved a call back after giving an approval to process the insurance. I called three times the week she was supposed to start and no one called me back until late in the week (believe Thursday). Because so much time lapsed, they had to "update" the assessment. We made an appointment for today at 2p. When my daughter and I arrived, no one had an appointment scheduled for us, and it took the front desk over 20 minutes to figure out who we needed to see. Then all the assessment rooms were filled and no one was available for the update. After waiting 45 minutes and no one being able to tell us when we would be seen, we left. Very disappointed. I was hoping to gey my child some help, but this is ridiculous. Going somewhere else.
