Very unprofessional. I didn't even get into a space with them. My broker submitted an LOI. Submitted directly to David Greenberg. David Greenberg contacted ME, directly with his response and continued to do so even after my agent repeatedly told him that all communication was to go through him. David Greenberg's initial response directly to me was borderline bullying. I see why the building I looked it was at about 20% capacity with "month to month tenants who don't like to pay their rent" and looked so ran down. He is completely unethical and unprofessional.

These guys are dirty!!. They will over charge you for CAM. They also will charge you for stuff that they claim to have fixed when they did no such thing. They get away with it only because they have money and know it cost more for you to take them to court then it would for you to just pay your false charges. Don't ever rent from these filthy animals..

I have had nothing but a positive and professional experience with Greenberg & Company. The property I leased was well managed, professional and the lease terms clear. I had good success with my business at one of the properties offered by Greenberg & Company that I am opening my 3rd location.
As for the other reviewer I think his choice of words speak volumes about his character, the nature of his business practices and finances. I would highly recommend Greenberg & Co. if you are looking to buy, sell or lease. These are your go to guys!

Don't trust them they are lires and full of scam
Don't waste your time and money with these scumbags!
They live of from court fees and lawyer fees
To pay their workers and management.
I don't want to go in detail because they are not worth the time I'm going to spend on them!

I sing lease and cancel after 23 minutes
Cuz of my financial and the property wasn't even build
The realtor he said it's ok
And after 1 month I get paper from court abut
$260000
I call the Realter he act stupid and he don't know abut it
I'm not rich man I work for my family to stay in good
Leaving life and I can not afford lawyer to fight this
Now I have to close my business and don't know what's next that's happing in 08/20/2015 and today is 03/14/17
And the place not even ready
And the one I need they fix it the first one and rent to another people
So they just take people to court and suing people
Just to destroyed life
I hope all the people work for this company to pay this money you taking from people to pay it in your Health
And cancer for you and your family
