I went to inquire about ski boot heaters and William was so very helpful. I ended up buying some. He installed them that day making, sure I got the proper insoles and everything fit well after the installation. He honored their policy of if you find it elsewhere they will honor that price. I love buying locally and this policy made it easy to do so!! I ended up getting the insoles and installation included. I have truly enjoyed them! My feet have never gotten cold since I had them installed even when skiing in -7 degree weather! I bought two more for Christmas gifts!! Thanks William for your polite, cheerful and helpful service!!
