John and Sheri are very efficient and know how to get the job done fast. They work really hard on getting you what you need and always let you know what's the next step coming. Through the pandemic, you may think it'll be hard to refinance or buy but honestly, it was smooth! They keep you updated on emails being sent that need e-signed and didn't take long at all. I have loved working with them in the last year that we've used them. Wouldn't use anyone else.
