Beautiful place but pretty miserable customer service.

Shuttle says it takes 15 minutes... more like 30
Room service late
hard to get reservations on property
hot tub that isnt hot
Takes forever to get your food or drink that you order
Front desk people wont call back if they are looking into something
can hear the person above us just like jumping on the bed and crying

maybe it is just a holiday weekend issue
