Too bad there is not an option to give Ocwen a negative star!!!! I called them 4 X to get copies of statements they never sent me. It has been a year now and I never got them.

I sold my house on 11/17/15; I called them on 11/11/15 and told them not to pay the home owners insurance. Of course they did and now I have to chase down the money.

I feel sorry for the employees because they have to handle irate customer calls all the time. I am so glad my house sold because I don't have to deal with them anymore. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
