My husband and I have purchased a furnace and air conditioner in the last 4 years. No issues with the install. The furnace cover has a latch on it. We have changed filter a couple of times and the latch has broken a few times. My husband had called office and they set aside a couple of latches in the past. When it broke this week I was told they don't sell parts and could have someone out next week to fix but they would charge a service fee of about $80-89. It is a $2-5 part which my husband fixed last time. Considering the money we have spent with Sierra in last 4 years, I thought it would be no issue that a tech leave a latch for us in office so we can pick up. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. Will be going elsewhere in the future.
