I'm vip status here, won a golden pass to play in a slot tournament for a trip to Vegas for chance to play to win a million, made plans to be there live 250 miles away, made reservations took 2 days off work, and showed up, got signed up and entered into tournament, settled into my room, after playing for hours and during play, hotel staff calls me over intercom and says report to hotel desk, I stopped got off the machine I was on and went to hotel desk, a girl begin telling me I shouldn't of been given the room for nights due to a notation entry, i had 9 free rooms avaiable made reservations to use 3, reservations were made witch set my plans in motion to take off work and drive over 500 miles round trip, after some discussion, she says, I'll just need to switch you on Sunday to a different room and entered the info on the switch for Sunday, I was like I'm whatever it's fine, a couple hours later while in my room I was called down again, and told they wanted over 100 dollors for the Sunday room, after I explained and she failed to remedy the problem and kept insisting I pay for Sunday when it was Friday, I decided to ask her to speak to her manager, she wasn't listening and making any sence, she went back to get her manager upset that asked her to get someone that could solve the problem, her manager came our and immediately went into motion from this girls train of thought showing me she had no desire to find out what the problem was, she insisted I pay, all this after I had a three day reservation already and six more free nights to stay, I asked her how many rooms do I have trough my boo status, she said 9, so I asked her what the problem was, told her it isn't even about paying for a room to me, it's the princiable of, she took a room, put me in another for Sunday, ok..then calls me back telling me charges were being applied, finally the manager hinted that suites were given for all three day under rewards and they needed those, mind boggling hinderence to me, I've been awarded suites before but not for three days, I just needed a room, it was just me and that room was assigned upon arrival for the day reservation I made prior to taking off work and driving up weeks in advance, instead of being extorted, I checked out and left, tournament opportunity, trip and planes washed, because staff couldn't remedy their own problems, I doubt I'll ever go back, unless someone calls me and makes it right, if they do, I'll update this review.

the following day after this post, I recieved a call missed it, they followed up, id like to personally jonna barnes our host here, she went above and beyond and convinced me why i liked this place..never had any issues, just ran into a counter staff that didn't know how to solve a problem she created, I wasn't going to argue and be demanding, so I left and addressed it here, without a doubt had jonna been on site this wouldn't have happened to me, she literally went into big sister status, and hopefully this helps so others arent done the same way, we know things happen, we move on because of Joanna I'll be going back, and who ever oversees what she's does that has an interest should know, she's an assets I like her and have never met her I can be stubborn and she turned me around and resolved the bad experience, I attribute it to her chacter, care and concerns.
