Having worked in automotive service for more than 35 years at several automotive manufacture's national service departments, I can say that Jerry Pagliassotti in Service, is without a doubt the best Service Consultant I have ever dealt with.
Jerry is customer oriented and very motivated to keep his customers satisfied. He followed up and kept me informed while my vehicle was being serviced.
Jerry is a real asset to Infiniti of Mission Viejo.
Even though our G35 (2003) is way out of warranty, and all the service work we have done is customer pay, we will continue to patronize this dealership because of the fine relationship we have working with Jerry.
