This company hides behind a bunch of Philippine and Mexican call centers who's operators seemingly cannot or will not assist with anything and have a hard time if you get them 'off script'. They refuse to connect you to a US center even though one supposedly exists in Iowa. That is probably as bogus as the way they apply payments or offer to set up accounts.

There really should be a Federal investigation into the handling of our sensitive financial information and the inability to get answers or assistance from the "customer service" lines in this operation. The board of directors obviously is happy with things and management is probably well paid, but the whole lot should be scrutinized for failing to act responsibly toward customers.

Horrible service and a shame on the industry.
