Imoossible to contact. My partner touches the aah,...

Imoossible to contact. My partner touches the aah, she is unable to work, we are both students and since we moved there 5 months, we have not touched anything. We call to be hung up on the nose, we go directly to the place so that we can not provide us with an answer and the same goes for emails.
We no longer have savings and we are unable to pay our rent or even feed ourselves. A shame !
Leaving two 20 year olds in such a situation is amazing!
