Ignorance of the New World, all worried about stupidities ..

While the USA expands its war budget (and cuts funds in scientific research), with capital from Europe and other parts of the world they are in charge of developing this magnificent work.
I don't know why the USA rejected this project. I guess the ignorance of some congressmen fanaticized with Christianity.
