I took 2 trips (1 from London to Brussels and the other from Paris to London). The 1st trip was not as comfortable as expected, given the huge price I had to pay to travel. The wifi never worked throughout the journey and it was frustrating trying to get it to work. I had a table seat that was against the direction of the train so perhaps that was why it wasn t comfortable.
The cleanliness also wasn t the best, with crumbs around the seats which was quite disgusting.

2nd trip was far more enjoyable, and cleaner. The lounge at Gare Du Nord was nice and comfortable and the check in and immigration process far smoother. Overall it did what it was supposed to do, which is take you from point A to point B quickly.
