I have been there 2 times. The first time wasn't so bad but the 2nd time was terrible!! The nurses are so rude and make you stand at the window and wait forever for medication. The techs are are nice and work hard but they have to check on you every 15 mins while you are sleeping and they are so loud. They take a flash light and shine it in your face to make sure you are breathing. It's just a joke. The dr I met with wrote up a letter to the judge trying to hold me for longer. She wrote that I had bi polar 2 and the dr never ever told me she thought I had that. So I was surprised when I read the letter to the judge. It would have been nice if she had taken the time to tell me. That was wrong!! The food is good and if you really need a place to stay it's not the worst. They do like you to have good insurance and try to keep you longer if you do. I hope to never ever go back. I did feel safe there and I think for older people they have a good set up. I did not like the Drs up there but I did like the group therapy and some of the nurses. Good luck if you have To go there.
