Stellar views and golf course but vert poor hospitality despite my repeated attempts prior to and during our visits. The staff here do not EVER answer their phones, even if Hilton Honors connects you. The attitude is that it's the guests job to make themselves available at staff convenience, instead of the other way around. We scouted this location for a longer trip in August but looking elsewhere. PEOPLE, PEOPLE when will you learn; it's all about the PEOPLE!
