I don't know how to explain it but when I went there to get my dog back, they refused and said they don't want me to have the dog. I was literally CRYING and the lady in the main office was staring at me like I was a little idiot. She was dragging us into things that didn't even happened to us just because my mom couldn't speak english well. That lady was typing down informations that she thought which wasn't true at all. And see dogs need to get to know each other by playing around and fight to see who's the boss, and she just told me no like I'm freaking stupid and don't know about dogs. I could see hate in her eyes. She was calling people, ignoring us and trying to get us out of the SPCA. She was being so rude, I could hardly believe it. Also, they lied to us because when I first saw the dog, they said it was 3 years old, then when I went to see the dog again they said it was 4, when I went for the last time they said it was 5 and almost 6 years old. HONEY, you need to be sure about every information about the dog and you didn't. I CRIED FOR 2 HOURS, FOR THE FIRST HOUR, THE LADY IGNORED US AND ROLLED EYES AT ME. SHE SAID WE COULDN'T GET THE DOG AND I WAS CRYING, AT LEAST I DONT THINK SHE EVEN LIKES KIDS. I REALLY DONT WANT TO DO THIS, BUT SHE WAS SO RUDE AND IGNORED US WHEN WE WERE ASKING QUESTIONS, AND SHE SAID I WASN'T ALOUD TO TALK BECAUSE SHE WAS TALKING TO MY MOM WHO DOESN'T KNOW ENGLISH AND ASKING HER QUESTIONS THAT MY MOM DOESN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND. AND SHE TOLD ME TO BE Quite WHEN I TRY TO EXPLAIN TO MY MOM AND THE LADY SAID SHE DIDN'T TELL ME TO TALK.
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO TALK AND WE SHOULD NT DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS JUST BECAUSE WE ARE ASIAN.
