I had a mixed experience with the Douglas Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm). While their website at dotcomm.org is visually appealing and informative, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected for them to address my concerns. However, their services were satisfactory once the issues were resolved.
